Upon receipt of your Inquiry, I will be initiating contact and will provide a 30-minute consultation at No Charge which includes providing me with the Background on the Case.

Based upon our agreement with regards to the Case and if you decide to move forward:

A Non-Refundable Retainer Fee (which covers the first 3 hours of Examination) will be charged and is Payable in Advance [see below for Acceptable methods of payment]. Anything over 3 hours will be subject to the Hourly Rate.

If the Case can be resolved within 3 hours, this will include a Verbal Opinion.

A Written Opinion will be provided upon request at an additional charge.

Acceptable Methods of Payment:

Important: Any Service / Examination / Court Appearance will commence upon receipt of payment

Personal Check (a fee of $15 will be charged for a returned check; any other fees/charges incurred due to this inconvenience will be billed to you or your company)

Cash (will only be accepted personally -- PLEASE DO NOT MAIL)
